In January of 2019, Booker eliminated our plan (The Basic Plan) and added new and more expensive plans that mostly include features we don’t want and won’t use. They also took away a few features we did use and moved them up to a higher priced plan.
Our monthly price went from $75 to $129 each month.
To put this into perspective, in December of 2018 we were paying $75 per month and among other feature we used was a report called Business Intelligence Dashboard. Since Booker took that feature away at our plan level, we would have now pay $239 per month (up from $75) to get that feature back.
